5.Usability and quality analysis. We will process your data only during the period in which we proceed to carry out a specific quality action or survey, or until your browsing data is anonymized.

Will we share your data with third parties?

We protect the information we collect by implementing the technical and administrative security measures established by legal regulations, following a risk analysis. This ensures that your information is protected against unauthorized access, unavailability, disclosure, or use.

Your personal information may only be accessed by our employees or collaborators, who are aware of the permitted uses and limitations, the competent public and judicial authorities when required by applicable regulations, and third-party service providers who help us deliver the services you’ve requested.
Each of these companies is committed to using your data solely for these specified purposes and not for any other. Once the service has been completed, they are required to delete the information they have collected or to retain it in a properly blocked and protected form, without being able to use it, for as long as it may be needed to comply with a legal obligation or for the exercise or defense of contractual claims.

In cases where these companies are located in a country that does not offer a level of data protection similar to ours, we ensure that they comply with the necessary and equivalent security measures established by applicable legal regulations. If you have given us your consent for the processing of your data for any purpose, you also have the right to withdraw it at any time.  When our legitimacy for processing your data is your consent or the execution of a contract, you also have the right to request the portability of your personal data. This means you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, so that it can be transmitted directly to another entity, whenever technically feasible.

On the other hand, when the processing of your data is based on our legitimate interest, you also have the right to object to the processing of your data.
Finally, we inform you of your right to fill a complaint with the relevant data protection supervisory authority, in particular with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, https://www.agpd.es/portalwebAGPD/index-ides-idphp.php)
